Problem
Replication fails to start after you add row filtering expression that makes use of %TODATE function with character format.
Symptom
Replications fails and following message is present in subscription job log:
Message . . . : Parameter 1 for the %TODATE function has an invalid length.
Description . . : If parameter 2 is *JUL, the length of parameter 1 is 5. If
parameter 2 is *YMD, *MDY, *DMY or *CJUL, the length of parameter 1 is 6. If
parameter 2 is *YJUL or *CYMD, the length of parameter 1 is 7. If parameter
2 is *YYMD, the length of parameter 1 is 8.
