Removing or Canceling Orders
About this task
You can use the Itinerary page to remove ordersfrom a shipment. You can also cancel orders which means theyare no longer available in Sterling TMS.
Procedure
You have the following options on the Itinerary page.
- Select a single order and click Remove/Cancelwhich opens the Cancel Order page.
- Select multiple orders and click Remove/Cancelwhich opens the Cancel/Remove Orders page.
