Problem
When running the SCM command line in IBM Rational team Concert, I am getting the error: The IBM Class Sharing Adaptor will not work in this configuration. You are not running on J9. This techote provides a resolution.
Symptom
Running SCM on the command line throws an error:
The IBM Class Sharing Adaptor will not work in this configuration.
You are not running on J9
