Troubleshooting
Problem
Refreshing the data of an IBM Jazz Reporting Service Report Builder report with live data in Microsoft Excel keeps prompting for login credentials. Even if the correct user ID and password are entered, a new login prompt appears and the refresh never occurs.
Symptom
Errors found in rs.log:
CWWKS1100A: Authentication did not succeed for user ID USERID. An invalid user ID or password was specified
CWWKS1440E: The user authentication of the request failed because the Authorization header in the request failed to be verified as a valid user.
