Refresh expired Nginx SSL certificates on Cloud Pak for Data

Summary

Nginx is the entry point to zen on all Cloud Paks. Nginx works with usermgmt to do authentication and uses SSL certificates by default to do so. Expired Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) certificates can cause a myriad of issues on Cloud Pak for Data (CP4D) including loss of UI access. This technote covers how to diagnose if your SSL certificates have expired and how to refresh them.
