Troubleshooting
Problem
In the Conditional Expression Manager application, there is a Reference Count value for each condition which will show the number of times the condition is used in applications. This value will always be 0 even if the condition is used in multiple Application Designer definitions.
Symptom
Reference Count value will never change from 0.
