Troubleshooting
Problem
Attempting to create a functional index returns errors -212 Cannot add index and -106 non-exclusive access. After reviewing the locks on the instance it is determined that no other sessions hold a lock on this table.
Symptom
Attempting to create a functional index returns the following error:
Database selected.
212: Cannot add index.
106: ISAM error: non-exclusive access.
