Problem
I am receivig the following error message when attempting to run madconfig test_datasource. This is also affecting the Engine instance. madsql.exe: STATE=IM002, CODE=0, MSG=[Microsoft][ODBC Driver Manager] Data source name not found and no default driver specified
Symptom
Testing the datasource fails and the Engine Instance will not start correctly.
