Issues addressed in this fix:
- DT459705 - Maximo Application Suite: DT459705 Blank screen appears when logging into Suite Admin URL if user has only API key admin permission.
- DT458827 - The Mas UI interface is displaying alert messages in red, indicating errors such as "cannot read properties of undefined" or "can't access property 'i', error: i is undefined."
- DT458869 - DT458869 - In Manage, an error occurs when accessing Application Configuration: Invalid SSL certificate.
