Problem

IBM Report Builder (RB) application is unresponsive due to ConnectionPoolTimeoutException

Symptom

Your RB application is unresponsive.
You see the errors in rs.log:
[ Default Executor-thread-11249] ERROR m.team.integration.reporting.gatewayservices.Front - !org.apache.http.conn.ConnectionPoolTimeoutException: Timeout waiting for connection from pool! com.ibm.team.integration.reporting.common.exceptions.OauthHandleException: !org.apache.http.conn.ConnectionPoolTimeoutException: Timeout waiting for connection from pool!
