Problem
Rational Business Developer v9.5 introduced the ability to use XulRunner 64 bit as one of the possible render engines when working with a RUIHandler.When editing a RUIHandler, the Source tab and Preview tab will work fine. However, when switching to the Design tab, the editor turns black or grey and customers can not see the editable area or the page is scrambled.
