This includes: Coding errors that cause a regression Documentation or packaging problems that cause a regression Errors reported in a new function delivered in a MDV that cause a regression Incomplete: An error in the MDV has not regressed, but does not work as designed. This includes: Fixed APARs which did not solve the original problem but did not break anything new APARs reporting documentation errors, such as readme errors, that cause problems applying an MDV but do not lead to a regression Notes: Regression and incomplete APARs are considered fix-in-error or MDV-in-error *Definitions above apply only to valid APARs that result in product fixes (APARs returned as working-as-designed* are not assessed for being fix-in-error) Issues in major releases due to new functionality do not apply in this definition**	There are no known regressions to report.

Known Side Effects

**Review the following list of known issues and open defects:**
Profiling is not supported on Mac OS. Dynamic Web Project Target runtime does not allow Tomcat server version 10.0 as a New Runtime. To work around the issue, you must uncheck the Add project to an EAR checkbox. While creating a new Security Role or Security Constraint in RAD 10.0.0, you may encounter an unhandled event loop exception. This issue may occur because there isn't a web project in the workspace. To work around the issue, ensure that there is a web project in the workspace. The J2C feature is not supported for Java 17 and CICS Transaction Gateway 9.3 and later. When attempting to profile a Liberty server in RAD 10.0.0 using Health Center Agent, the server unexpectedly stops. For more information, see Health center for Liberty server in Rational Application Developer 10.0.0. When debugging locally or remotely on a server, the server does not pause at breakpoints. For more information, see Debug on Traditional WebSphere Application server. RAD 10.0.0 is unable to start the remote WebSphere Application Server or Liberty Server due to Windows credentials. For more information, see Unable to start the Remote WebSphere Application Server 8.5.5 or 9.0.5 from RSAD/RAD 10.0.0 Application due to Windows credentials. When performing Remote Execution Time Analysis (Profiling) in RAD 10.0.0 on WebSphere or Liberty, the target server unexpectedly stops. For more information, see Performing Remote Execution Time Analysis in Rational Application Developer (RAD) version 10.0.0 on WebSphere Application Server versions 8.5.5 or 9.0.5. After successful shell sharing of RAD 10.0.0 with Engineering Workflow Management version 7.1, WebSphere servers are not listed under the list of IBM Servers. Only Web Preview and Liberty are listed. The installation of IBM Engineering Workflow Management client 7.1 or 7.0.3 using IBM Installation Manager fails on RAD 10.0.0 running on Linux. RAD 10.0.0 is unable to connect to a remote WebSphere Application Server, even when WebSphere Application Server is manually started. When performing Java Profiling in RAD 10.0.0 on a remote WebSphere Application Server version 8.5.5, the target server unexpectedly stops.
