Troubleshooting
Problem
When the system was under heavy load, some Inbound Swift transactions failed. This is because there is a 60 second time out hard coded for Swift calls and it is not configurable. If the Business Process invoked by the Swiftnet Routing rule doesn't complete before the 60 seconds are passed it will result in an Swift error.
Symptom
Swift Alliance Gateway falls in time out for the inbound transaction request.
