You can query the status of the portal services of IBM? Work Optimization for Water Utilities from the IBM Intelligent Operations Center portal server.

1. Navigate to the WebSphere Application Server administrative console at the followingURL:

   https://host:port/ibm/console

   Where host isthe location of your IBM Intelligent Operations Center portal server and port isthe SSL port for the console. For example:

   https://server.domain.com:10032/ibm/console

2. Enter the User ID and Password ofthe portal administrator such as wpsadmin or anotheruser who is a member of the wpsadmins portal group.
3. Expand the Applications menu.
4. Expand the Application Types submenu.
5. Select Businessapplications. A table is displayed containing a list of all services.
6. Scroll down the list and locatethe following services that are required by the solution.
   • water_common_services_ear
   • water_usage_portlet_ear
   • water_usage_services_ear
   • water_workorder_portlet_ear
   • water_workorder_services_ear
   To sort the list of services by name in ascendingor descending alphabetic order click the Name columnheading.
7. View the Status columnin the table for each of the services required by the solution.
