Question
- What happens with a Power systems in the pep2.0 if the CMC subscription is expired?
- Is it possible to add more e-mail accounts to the CMC to receive the e-mails with the warnings about expired systems?
- Where is socket information present in CMC?
Answer
- At present, there is no impact to PEP2.0 when the customer does not have sufficient subscriptions.
- At present, only registered admin email address receives the subscription notifications. However, there are plans to extend these notifications to email addresses of all users with admin role.
- CMC subscriptions information is available in ESS portal under My Inventory -> Data Reports -> Cloud Management Console - subscription vs physical sockets.
