Question

  1. What happens with a Power systems in the pep2.0 if the CMC subscription is expired?
  2. Is it possible to add more e-mail accounts to the CMC to receive the e-mails with the warnings about expired systems?
  3. Where is socket information present in CMC?

Answer

  1. At present, there is no impact to PEP2.0 when the customer does not have sufficient subscriptions.
  2. At present, only registered admin email address receives the subscription notifications. However, there are plans to extend these notifications to email addresses of all users with admin role.
  3. CMC subscriptions information is available in ESS portal under My Inventory -> Data Reports -> Cloud Management Console - subscription vs physical sockets.
