This document explains what the library QRPLOBJ is used for.
Resolving The Problem
QRPLOBJ library is where older versions of recompiled programs go when someone is in the application and the program is recompiled. It also contains many other object types. The objects in QRPLOBJ get placed there any time REPLACE(*YES) is specified on a Create command.
