This document explains how you can get access to the IBM QRadar SOAR documentation of unsupported versions.

Objective

IBM Security QRadar SOAR Support Lifecycle explains when a version becomes unsupported. Unsupported versions are removed from the online IBM Documentation after a grace period. To access the documentation of unsupported version you must view the documentation using the IBM Documentation Offline application which you install locally.

Steps

To access product documentation of versions that are now End of Support (EoS), do the following:

  1. Read https://www.ibm.com/docs/en/offline to download and install the IBM Documentation Offline application
  2. Under the Related Information section of this document are a number of links to other technotes. Visit the link for the version that you need and download the zip file from it
  3. Follow the instructions in https://www.ibm.com/docs/en/offline to upload the zip file to IBM Documentation Offline
