Troubleshooting
Problem
When attempting to update QRadar SIEM, error is displayed "ERROR: Failed to locate the SFS patch file at <full_path>.sfs <full_path>.sfs", and update is unable to continue stating "Press enter to close screen".
Symptom
Patches.log shows:
Starting patch session in tmux
[onstart.d] Running add_hostcontext_timeout.sh
(..)
[onstart.d] Running set_qif_qni_branding.sh
ERROR: Failed to locate the SFS patch file at (..).sfs (..).sfs
[onexit.d] Running cleanup_hostcontext_timout.sh

[onexit.d] Running restore_cron.sh
