Troubleshooting
Problem
You face an issue/problem when trying to integrate Qradar VA with Qualys. Qualys configuration is used under the VA scanners section of the Admin Module of the Qradar to ingest Vulnerability information.
Symptom
You see the error once you scheduled a VA import. QRadar VA scan will display the following error:

vis.exceptions.ScannerTaskException: Could not retrieve template report list through Qualys API: There was an authentication error while connecting to the Qualys API (indicated by an HTTP response code '401') - the account and credentials should be verified
