QRadar: Open a case for application and application framework issues

This article is to help customers open an IBM Support case on Applications and Application Framework issues.

When you open an IBM Support case, see QRadar: How to open and manage cases, there are 3 Products that show the Application or Application Framework drop-down menu: QRadar Application, QRadar SIEM, and QRadar on Cloud. Providing accurate details and options when opening a case can shorten response times and the time it takes to resolve an issue.

Note: If you DO NOT select one of the below Products, the Application and Application Framework menu will NOT show.
Once you have selected one of the above Product options, the Application and Application Framework drop-down menu will show. Look for the information symbol on this menu:
Please select the application or component of the application framework that most closely relates to your issue
Note: Be sure to complete the Open a case form before submitting.
