QRadar: New license is not showing in System and License Management.



A new license file was uploaded and changes deployed to the Console. The new license expiration date does not display correctly in the System and License Management page.


The browser cache can retain the old data from a previous session. When caching issues occur, the System and License Management page can appear as if the license change did not apply.

Resolving The Problem

To resolve the issue:
  1. Delete the uploaded license file first.
  2. Clear the browser cache or use a private browsing mode to confirm the user interface displays correctly.
  3. Restart the browser.
  4. Reupload the license file.
  5. From the Admin tab, click Deploy Changes to ensure the license updates are applied.

    Verify the License Expiration Date is correct and the License Status column is Deployed. If you continue to experience issues with your QRadar license or uploading your license, contact QRadar Support.
