Em algumas instâncias, o Cache do Apache Tomcat Server precisa ser limpo, para que o QRadar® funcione corretamente. Por exemplo, o Suporte IBM de Qradar pode sugerir ao Administrador do Qradar que limpe o cache se algum dos componentes da interface não está abrindo corretamente ou caso a interface gráfica esteja lenta.
