"QE-DEF-0285 The logon failed" when running Standard Report caused by using SQLOLEDB.1

Troubleshooting


Problem

User runs a standard report. User receives an error message.

Symptom

The exact error will vary depending on version of Cognos BI/Cognos Analytics and Controller.
