Abstract
This white paper will document the steps necessary to put the Operations Manager for z/VM configuration files and automation EXECs in the z/VM Shared File System (SFS). The location of these files affects:
1. Whether they can be shared across multiple z/VM systems (LPARs)
2. How many people can obtain write access to the files at the same time
3. The steps required to have Operations Manager service machines pick up changes to the files.
