Troubleshooting
Problem
When an application is submitted with a supplemental group userid of QMQMADM, then it is able to put a message to a queue. However if a userid without this authority is used it fails to put a message to the queue.
Symptom
Command line message: MCH3401 - Can not resolve to object QMQM subtype x'0201' authority x'0000'.
