Since WebQuery version 2.2.1 HF7 Report History only support
CCSID 37. Report names containing characters which are not in
CCSID 37 will not show up anymore.

CORRECTION FOR APAR SE73777 :
-----------------------------
This will be fixed in 2.2.1 group PTF level 9. The CCSID of the
WQFULLPATH column in the QWQREPOS/QWQARUNLOG repository table
will be changed to UTF-8 in order to support non-English
characters.

End Web Query server before applying the PTF.

Applying this PTF will permanently change the CCSID of the WQFULLPATH
column in the QWQREPOS/QWQARUNLOG repository table to UTF-8 in order to
support non-English characters. The CCSID will not be changed back if
the PTF is removed.
