update to the common code portions of PSF.

DESCRIPTION OF PROBLEM FIXED FOR APAR SE69824 :
-----------------------------------------------
When the connection between an *IPDS line printer device is lost
after message PQT3361: Verify alignment on printer, is issued
and before the user answers the message with G, it may result in
a situation in which message PQT3601: Internal system failure
for device, is logged in the joblog and a problem log entry
generated with 5770 F/QPQCCOMM m/SENDCMDS p/QPQCCOMM MSGPQT3601
PRCS/CCOMM008. This has been known to happen on line *IPDS
printers such as Infoprint 6500 and some Printronix printers.
Could also happen on 6400 printers. The process loops

CORRECTION FOR APAR SE69824 :
-----------------------------
This PTF corrects a problem where PSF would incorrectly enter a
loop, posting PQT3601 messages and generating multiple failure
logs, if a communication error occurred with the printer while
also waiting for a response to the message PQT3361 - Verify
alignment on printer &2.

This PTF corrects the problem by having the printer writer end,
which is the correct behavior if communication with the printer
is lost.

Special Instructions


If this PTF is applied or removed as a "Delayed" PTF, which
requires an IPL, no special consideration is necessary. If
this PTF is applied or removed "Immediate", you must first
end all of the PSF writers or end the QSPL subsystem.
When the writers are started again, the PTF code will be active.
