APAR Error Description / Circumvention

Whenever creating an index in a table column using the pt_BR
language in the SYSTS_CREATE procedure, an unusable index in the
pl_BR language is created instead.

CORRECTION FOR APAR SE67763 :
-----------------------------
With the fix, an index of pt_BR language will be created and the
index will be usable.
