SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS FOR SUPERSEDED PTF SI40087 :
=================================================

Prior to this PTF, an install of 5733-OMF created an initial text
search server as unavailable (or stopped).  This required a customer to
issue a SYSTS_START procedure call to allow the text search server job
to become available for use.

This PTF will change the install and create server process so that new
servers are created available (or started).  The text search server job
will then begin running automatically as needed, unless the SYSTS_STOP
stored procedure has been called to make the server unavailable.

The exit program on this PTF will change the status on any existing
local (name is 127.0.0.1) server to available, allowing the server to
implicitly start.  The exit program will NOT change the status for
servers in a different Independent ASP group, or servers that are
remote.  Changing the status on these servers will require a
SYSTS_START call to be made after the PTF is applied.  If text search
servers need to be unavailable, then the customer may need to issue the
SYSTS_STOP stored procedure against those procedures after applying the
PTF to ensure that those servers remain unavailable.
