APAR Error Description / Circumvention

The Add Report to OnDemand (ADDRPTOND) command fails once the
server version is upgraded to 9.5.0.1 unless the user profile
that issues the command has *ALLOBJ special authority. This is
true for a user profile that could previously issue the command
successfully.
The following error might be seen in a spawned QZSHSHS job log:

Service program XERCESL311 was shipped with the wrong
authorities. The authorities have been corrected.
