APAR Error Description / Circumvention

-----------------------------------------------
FLB group handler code has some memory leak problem in the
QfpaSocketSetup function. A single FLB may invoke multiple times
of QfpaSocketSetup. The QfpaSocketSetup should be designed to
reallocate the same piece of memory but mistakenly coded as
allocating a new memory. And each time the newly allocated
memory is not freed thus causing a severe memory leak;

Secondly, one part of the code try to free a memory, but the
place where it's freed is not correct thus causing that a single
FLB command but with multiple server will fail because the
memory has been freed while it still has to be used.

CORRECTION FOR APAR SE57655 :
-----------------------------
1. Change the calloc to be realloc so that the same piece of
memory can be reused instead of allocating new piece memory.
2. Move the memory free action from the QfpaSocketSave function
to qfpaCleanupSaveGroup function so that single sav command with
multiple servers FLB won't failure.
