APAR Error Description / Circumvention

-----------------------------------------------
When a user profile is added to a user profile as a "Group
Profile" for the first time, the profile being added is given a
Group ID (GID). If the profiles involved in this activity are
both in the admin domain as MREs, the profile getting updated
will replicate everything perfectly. The profile getting
assigned the GID does not notify admin domain that it was
assigned a GID. The MRE will still show *CONSISTENT, but working
with the monitored attributes will show the GID attribute as
*NONE.

Example:
User XXXXXX is updated with user YYYYYY as a group profile. User
XXXXXX will get properly updated and synchronized. User YYYYYY
will be assigned a GID locally (and maybe even replicate the GID
in some cases) but looking at the monitored attributes in admin
domain for user YYYYYY will show a GID of *NONE.

Work Around: Remove the MRE from being monitored and then add
back in to be monitored and all of the attributes should get
distributed properly.

CORRECTION FOR APAR SE56684 :
-----------------------------
When a profile is specified as a group profile for another
profile, the profile specified as the group profile must have a
gid.  If it does not, it is assigned one.  Admin domain will now
be notified when a profile being specified as the group profile
has been assigned a gid.
