APAR Error Description / Circumvention

LODPTF or INSPTF may fail if the the PTF was distributed from a
partition with a different release of the operating system.
Error messages include:

MSGCPF3848 F/QSRRLCP2 - &1 security or data format changes
occurred.
MSGCPF3773 F/QSRROCPR - &1 objects restored. 0 not restored to
QSRV.
MSGCPF3657 F/QPZLPC   - PTFs not loaded because error occurred.

CORRECTION FOR APAR SE56016 :

Restore code will be updated to allow LODPTF and INSPTF to
succeed if all of the PTF objects are restored.

SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS FOR SUPERSEDED PTF SI50231 :

This PTF replaces the Save Library (SAVLIB) and Restore Library
(RSTLIB) commands in library QSYS. If you previously changed any
default values of the parameters for these commands, use the Change
Command Default (CHGCMDDFT) command to make your changes again after
applying this PTF.
