including programs that circumvent control technology designed to limit

APAR Error Description / Circumvention

The Remove Job Watcher Definition (RMVJWDFN) command goes into
an endless loop if it is run when the QAPYJWDFN file in library
QUSRSYS does not exist.
CORRECTION FOR APAR SE52815 :
-----------------------------
Member *FIRST in file QAPYJWDFN in library QUSRSYS contains a
record for each Job Watcher definition created by the ADDJWDFN
(Add Job Watcher Definition) command. This file is created
automatically the first time ADDJWDFN is run on a system. If the
RMVJWDFN (Remove Job Watcher Definition) command is run on a
system before the first invocation of ADDJWDFN, the definition
file will not exist and this failure will occur. The command
processing program for the RMVJWDFN command was fixed to handle
this situation. This PTF also fixes a similar error in the
RMVDWDFN (Remove Disk Watcher Definition) command.
