APAR Error Description / Circumvention

-----------------------------------------------
When using either iNav or Director Navigator when deleting an
ARP cache entry it removes it from the Navigator view, but does
not remove it from the cache. I go into navigator and remove an
entry and it looks like it is gone, but if you exit out of that
view and go back in it is there again. A communications trace
does not capture any ARP request for that address.

CORRECTION FOR APAR SE50486 :
-----------------------------
This PTF fixes ARP cache entry removal issues for virtual
ethernet lines.

CIRCUMVENTION FOR APAR SE50486 :
--------------------------------
None.
