APAR Error Description / Circumvention

Customer migrated to Common Server on R5.4 and then upgraded to
R7.1. When users try to retrieve migrated SFA and AnyStore
reports, they receive the error "The server failed while
retrieving a document." The server joblog shows sev2 message
number 24 and 20 for the user, along with an RDR1021, "Retrieval
failed. No objects retrieved." Msg 24 is Object xxxx in
application group yyyyy not found in node zzzzzz. This is an
OND1002 where the cause is "Object >19990430AAE< in Application
Group >ROA< not found in node >__LS__LONGTERM< Srvr->AS400
