APAR Error Description / Circumvention

If an ALTER TABLE is pending in an Independent Auxiliary Storage
Pool (IASP) when a system fails, the subsequent vary on may
leave an internal 19A1 space object orphaned in the QRCYnnnnnn
library for that IASP.

CORRECTION FOR APAR SE47734 :

This fix will delete the 19A1 space object during the vary on.
