APAR Error Description / Circumvention

When creating an instance, program QRLMINST may return a
MSGOND0629 error.  The message should be trapped and resent as
an escape message.  Program QRLMQCIN is trapping the error, but
not resending it as an escape message.  In addition, QRLMQCIN
may also remove a completion message from the joblog which
describes the cause for the CRTINSTOND command failure.

CORRECTION FOR APAR SE47123 :

Program QRLMQCIN has been modified to trap and resend MSGOND0629
correctly and not to remove the completion message from the
joblog.
