APAR Error Description / Circumvention

-----------------------------------------------
At R540 customer used STRWCH to watch for MSGCPF1124 and
MSGCPF1164. Changes to the watch support at R610 cause the watch
program to use a prestart job, the prestart job starts and ends
with the same messages creating joblogs in a *PND status and
quickly filling the job tables.

CORRECTION FOR APAR SE46165 :
-----------------------------
The watch support has been changed to ignore watches for
MSGCPF1124 and MSGCPF1164 which are issued for the QSCWCHPS
prestart jobs. These jobs are used by watch support to run the
user's watch program. This problem has been fixed.

CIRCUMVENTION FOR APAR SE46165 :
--------------------------------
None.
