APAR Error Description / Circumvention

-----------------------------------------------
An RA entry is logged for a library when authority is changed on
the library during a restore, however the RA entry should list
the library name as QSYS for an object type of *LIB. In the RA
audit entry, the object name is the name of the library that
restored, but the library name is also the name of the library
that restored rather than QSYS. Below is an example of what you
see in the QAUDJRN RA audit entry:

CORRECTION FOR APAR SE45666 :

The library name will be set to QSYS in RA audit journal entries
when the object type is *LIB.
