APAR Error Description / Circumvention

In a rare circumstance where an IO is interrupted while changes
are being written to disk during vary off processing of an IASP,
an exception could be encountered and a hang condition could be
observed.
Possible clue would be a Function Check vlog 02000307 produced
around the time that the vary off was issued.

Code will be enhanced to properly handle the exception error and
allow the job that issued the vary request to be notified of an
error condition during the vary off request, thus preventing a
hang condition from occurring.

CORRECTION FOR APAR MA49549 :
-----------------------------
The code is changed so it gets a return code for all writes
issued.  This allows the code to process the return code, and
continue processing the vary off.
