APAR Error Description / Circumvention

Customer uses Plan Cache to analyze query performance issues.
Using iNav, He specifies the filter to obtain information from a
certain range of time and date. The query output shows
information from a smaller period of time than the requested
one.

CORRECTION FOR APAR MA46364 :
-----------------------------
Open cursors sporadically report run time statistics back to the
plan cache to avoid performance concerns with plan cache
accesses. This can cause plans to appear to not have ran in a
given time frame for a filtered plan cache snapshot when they
actually have ran. The plan cache snapshot tooling will be
modified to acquire a more accurate last run time stamp for a
given plan.
