APAR Error Description / Circumvention

The Ops console created device 5555 with model C01 is not able
to display some DBCS characters because a IGCFEAT Load matrix
command is used. During the OS installation a license agreement
panel group uses the DBCS characters and causes the system to
terminate with a SRCB90037FF with CPF9871 shown in the
additional SRC words, which indicates an error occurred while
processing the panel group.

CORRECTION FOR APAR MA43976 :
-----------------------------
The LIC was changed so that the Ops Console created device 5555
uses a default model of F01. Using device 5555 with model F01
will prevent the system from using the DBCS Load matrix command.
