APAR Error Description / Circumvention

If a system is IPLed from a NFS server, the IPL History SRCs do
not indicate sufficient status to assist debugging a failed IPL
when the problem is due to access problems on the NFS server.

CORRECTION FOR APAR 'MA43533' :
-------------------------------
Add this fix, and perm apply, the next LIC save that is placed
on the NFS server will allow the optical device driver to log a
C600 41F2 when the NFS directory is mounted (word 3 is the NFS
return code if non-zero), and a C600 41F3 when activated (word 3
is the number of virtual media available).
