APAR Error Description / Circumvention

A DUPTAP operation may fail with a MSGCPF5401 if the output
device takes longer than one minute to respond to a write.

CORRECTION FOR APAR MA43061 :

The time allowed for an output operation to complete has been
increased.

CIRCUMVENTION FOR APAR MA43061 :

DESCRIPTION OF PROBLEM FIXED FOR APAR MA43113 :
-----------------------------------------------
The Licensed Internal Code tape flight recorder data may not
contain all the data because an object size may be invalid
causing a buffer overflow.

Additional debug data is required to help solve problems.

CORRECTION FOR APAR MA43113 :
-----------------------------
The object size will be limited so an incorrect object will not
overflow the flight recorder buffer.

Additional debug data has been added.

CIRCUMVENTION FOR APAR MA43113 :

DESCRIPTION OF PROBLEM FIXED FOR APAR MA43063 :

A tape operation may result in a wait requiring the user to
cancel the job or IPL the partition to recover.
