CORRECTION FOR APAR MA42068 :
-----------------------------
A control block used to manage TCP timers was corrupted and
caused an exception when a timer was being started. The direct
cause of the corruption has not been determined. Changes have
been made to how the timer control blocks are allocated to
attempt to limit the possibility of corruption and the timer
processing has been changed to better recover from this
corruption.
