APAR Error Description / Circumvention

msgCPF6993 - Remote Journal stuck in CTLINACT

CORRECTION FOR APAR MA41940 :
-----------------------------
A network issue causes remote journal to fall behind.
Eventually a threshold is reached which causes remote journal to
attempt to end, however a race condition causes the remote
journal environment to get stuck in a CTLINACT state.  This PTF
will correctly handle the race condition so remote journal can
properly end.
