APAR Error Description / Circumvention

TCP/IP may deadlock if a link error occurs just as the DHCP
client is sending a request. One deadlocked task will show
AltDhcpClient::cancel or AltDhcp6Client::cancel in its stack
while another shows AltDhcpClientTask and
AltDhcpWaitObjects::send.

CORRECTION FOR APAR MA41655 :
-----------------------------
In rare circumstances, if the DHCP client is sending at the same
time as a link failure occurs, two tasks may deadlock while one
is holding a system-wide TCP/IP lock and trying to end the DHCP
client. The code has been changed to avoid the deadlock.
