APAR Error Description / Circumvention

A query such as:

AS UPDTS

fails if the value of UPDMI is less than 10. The value of the
TIMESTAMP will be reported as '++++++++++++++++++++++++++'. If
run through a program, this query may produce MSGSQL0180.

CORRECTION FOR APAR MA41593 :

IBM Systemz allows timestamp character string to have single
digit for minute and second parts of the string when separators
are included in the string.  System i fails if a single digit is
used for minute or second parts of timestamp character string.

A fix was made to allow single digit for minute and second parts
of timestamp character string when separators are included.  It
now matches function in Systemz.
