APAR Error Description / Circumvention

When an adapter of a dual adapter pair unit checks sometimes the
adapter dump is not written out to disk.  This is because the
adapter is still recovering from the failure.

CORRECTION FOR APAR MA41046 :
-----------------------------
With this PTF applied the dump processing code will retry the
writing of the dump for up to 10 minutes since usually the
adapter can recover in that amount of time and still write the
dump out to disk.
